WWI-G60-215 Locker Cabinet

60 Numbered Compartments for CNC Tools and Small Parts

The WWI-G60-215 is a standalone locker cabinet from the G60 series. Every one of its 60 compartments carries its own number, so a blade, milling cutter, drill bit or tap goes back to the same slot every time. That is usually the difference between a tool crib that stays organized and one that eats twenty minutes of every shift.

The cabinet measures 1050×500×1950mm including feet and weighs 150KG. It comes in white, and you can order other colors. Compartments are 120×160mm (small) or 160×230mm (large). Access control is optional: card swiping, facial recognition, or both. The operation screen with code scanning handles the checkout itself, so whoever takes a tool logs it on the spot.

One cabinet covers 60 items. When you need more, add units — there is no cap on how far the setup can grow. Multiple cabinets run networked, and the system ties into your existing platform for work order retrieval. Materials can be pulled against a work order instead of a handwritten sign-out sheet.

Highlights
Key Advantages
  • Each of the 60 compartments is numbered and managed on its own, so misplaced tools are easy to trace back to a person and a slot
  • Optional card swiping and facial recognition let you decide who opens which compartment, useful when contractors or temp staff share the tool room
  • The code scanning screen records each withdrawal as it happens, which cuts down on manual sign-out sheets and disputed stock counts
  • Work order retrieval pulls the right tools for a job in one pass, so setters spend less time hunting and more time at the machine
  • Add cabinets as your inventory grows; multi-unit networking and system integration mean the setup does not need replacing later
  • Small (120×160mm) and large (160×230mm) compartments take blades, milling cutters, drill bits, taps and assorted small parts in one cabinet
Use Cases
Applications
  • CNC tool cribs in machining shops, where cutters and drills need a fixed home per job
  • Blade, milling cutter and drill bit storage for tool rooms that issue against work orders
  • Small parts and tap management alongside the main tool stock
  • Work order picking stations where a setter collects everything for a job in one trip
  • Multi-cabinet tool rooms networked across departments or shifts
  • MRO inventory setups that need to connect to an existing ERP or management system

FAQ
FAQ
How many tools can one cabinet hold, and what happens when we outgrow it?
One cabinet manages 60 items, one per numbered compartment. When that fills up, add another unit — the system has no fixed limit on how many cabinets you can run, and they network together so you still manage everything from one place.
Can we connect it to the system we already use?
Yes. System integration and work order retrieval are standard, not add-ons. Workers can pull materials against a work order rather than signing them out by hand. If you tell us which platform you run, we can confirm the connection details before you order.
Do we have to take the card swiping and facial recognition?
No, both are optional. Some buyers start with the code scanning screen only and add card or face access later. If several people share the cabinet, facial recognition saves them carrying a card around the shop floor.
How long is delivery?
Usually 4-6 weeks after order confirmation. That window depends on the configuration and quantity, so check with our sales team for a firm date before you plan installation.
Can we change the color or compartment layout?
White is standard, and other colors can be ordered. Compartments come in small (120×160mm) and large (160×230mm) sizes. If you need a different mix or another customization, send us the details and we will confirm what is possible.
What warranty comes with the cabinet?
Each cabinet is built under our standard quality control process and ships with a standard warranty. Certifications and the full warranty terms are available on request, so you can review them before purchase.
