M 系列“白泽”超强合金铣刀

One end mill family for most of your jobs — spend less, machine more

The M Series "BAIZE" is a solid carbide end mill built to handle mixed-material shops that are tired of swapping tools for every job. It cuts general steel, hardened steel up to roughly 60HRC, stainless and cast iron — often with the same tool family.

  • Unequal flute, unequal helix — keeps chatter down when you move between soft and hard stock
  • Magnetron-sputtered PVD coating — holds up on both soft and hard materials without chipping early
  • Carbide substrate picked for wear resistance, so you get consistent cycles instead of a fast first cut and a dull tool
  • Flat, corner radius and ball nose, standard and long lengths — most of what a general machine shop needs is already covered

If you run small batches across different materials, this is the tool line that cuts your changeover time and tooling spend.

Key Advantages

Built for Reliability in the Field

Each part is engineered and QC'd against the exacting standards your equipment demands.

Unequal flute

and helix geometry helps kill chatter when you switch between soft steel and 50HRC+ stock in the same shift

PVD coating

holds its edge on both stainless and hardened steel, so you're not keeping two separate tool lines on the shelf

Carbide grade chosen for wear resistance

tool life stays steady through the batch, not just the first few parts

Where It Works
Feature

Where It Works

  • General steel parts (S45C–S55C, SS400, SCM) up to 39HRC — brackets, shafts, plates
  • Quenched and tempered mold steel (NAK55, NAK80, HPM1) up to 45HRC — cavity and core work
  • High-hardness steel (S136, 8407, H13, SKS, SKH51, DC53) at 52–54HRC — inserts, dies, wear parts
  • Stainless steel (SUS303, SUS304) up to 35HRC — fittings, food and chemical hardware
  • Cast iron and ductile iron (FC, FCD) — housings, bases, machine frames
  • Hardened components up to about 60HRC where finishing passes need a tool that won't fold

FAQ

Questions Buyers Often Ask

What materials can this end mill actually cut?
General steel like S45C and SS400, quenched and tempered steels such as NAK80 and HPM1, stainless SUS303/SUS304, cast iron FC and FCD, and hardened steels including S136, H13, SKH51 and DC53. The top end is around 60HRC — treat that as a finishing range, not roughing.
Flat, corner radius or ball nose — which one do I order?
Flat for square shoulders, slots and face work. Corner radius where you need edge strength on pockets and mold cavities — the small radius keeps the corner from chipping. Ball nose for curved surfaces and 3D contouring. If you're unsure, tell us the feature and we'll point you to the right one.
How do I pick the diameter and length?
Match diameter to the smallest feature you need to reach, and check your machine's rigidity — a long, thin tool will deflect no matter how good the carbide is. Long-length versions are for deeper cavities, but keep the overhang as short as the job allows. Send us material, hardness and depth and we'll confirm the size.
Is stock available, and what's the lead time?
Common sizes across flat, corner radius and ball nose are usually in stock. Non-standard sizes and larger volumes need a lead-time check — confirm with our sales team before you commit to a delivery date.
How do you check quality before shipping?
Tools are ground from the specified carbide grade, PVD coated, and checked for geometry and coating consistency. Batch inspection reports are available on request — ask when you place the order.
Can one tool really handle both soft steel and 60HRC stock?
It's a compromise tool by design, and that's the point — it saves you stocking two lines. Run it at the cutting data suited to each material, and for heavy roughing in 60HRC stock, a dedicated hard-milling cutter will still outlast it.
