Double-Column Gantry Machining Centers for Heavy Cuts and Large Parts
The L1813 / L2213 / L2713 GMC WWI series are double-column gantry machining centers built for heavy milling on large, heavy workpieces. The gantry frame uses a crossbeam section profile that resists deformation, so accuracy holds up over long cutting cycles and high material removal rates.
Each machine pairs a large, high-load worktable with a BT50 spindle up to 6000rpm and a 24-tool disc-type ATC. That means milling, drilling, reaming, boring and tapping can be done in one setup. An optional CNC rotary table (fourth axis) adds five-face machining capability and cuts down on re-fixturing errors.
Each part is engineered and QC'd against the exacting standards your equipment demands.
The double-column frame with crossbeam section profile keeps deformation low during heavy cuts, so you get stable accuracy without constant rework.
Worktables from 1000x1800mm up to 3000x14000mm and load ratings from 2 to 95 tons let you match the machine to your actual part size and weight.
BT50 spindle running up to 6000rpm gives enough torque for rough milling and enough speed for drilling, boring and tapping without switching machines.
